how do I order?

you can simply email us. Call us. text us. DM us. carrier pigeon. probably best to stick to an email or call.

how early do I need to book?

we ask you book your event as soon as possible. we book out (so modest!) quite regularly but if something pops up we will ALWAYS try and accommodate any last minute platter needs.

can I put my platter in the fridge?

of course!! our platters are made fresh so can be immediately refrigerated so they stay as fresh as possible for your event. cheese is best served an hour out of the fridge so let the platter out early to get ready for devouring. if you are wanting to get the platter the day before your event just let us know. we can seal the crackers so they stay extra crunchy!!

do we cater to dietary requirements?

ABSOLUTELY!! we will always work with the clients needs. we are a working/baking kitchen that uses gluten and nuts so can never 100% rule out contamination.

What do I need to provide for a grazing table set up?

the only thing we ask our clients to do is set up a pretty table in the shade and out of the sun and heat and if you want flowers on the table!! We do the rest. we bring the boards, food, greenery…..yummmmmmm!

do I have to return the boards and bowls?

YES PLEASE! when we send off our beautiful platters into the world we ask that the boards, bowls etc are returned to us after the event.

can we buy the cracker collective crackers anywhere?

we used to sell to some amazing local produce shops and cafes/bars but as we get busier we have decided to just have them exclusive to our platter boards. you want the beautiful hand made lavosh…. you know what to do (order a platter, just in case that wasn’t clear!)
